On Wednesday, at around 7 p.m. in Long Beach, Toledo was driving on Santa Fe Avenue when he crashed into another car on the road, a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant. The Galant was turning left from Columbia Street when the two crashed at the intersection of Santa Fe  and Columbia.

Sometime around 3:15, the two motorists crashed head on Sierra Highway near Agua Dulce Canyon Road. The first driver, 21-year-old Anthony Charles Evans, was driving north.
