A second body has been found and identified in the river where a fishing boat sank at the end of last week. The body has been confirmed by the Contra Costa County Sheriff as 37-year-old Key Calvan Soeur, a man from Stockton.

On Friday, a fishing boat occupied by Soeur and another man, his friend Songfram Sangecaroon, sank in the Sacramento San Joaquin delta just outside Discovery Bay. Both men died in the boating accident, and bodies for both have now been found and identified. The boat that sank in the accident was also located in the waters and is an 11-foot fishing boat, according to search crews.
